"CLEAN" Weapons. Don't overpay - Guild Wars Forums

Just dropping a post to let people know that adding hilts/strings/grips etc to weapons will overwrite what the weapon has. I have seen a lot of people charging extra for "CLEAN" weapons. I whispered one of them and he let me wrongfully know only "clean" weapons can be upgraded.

Well that is untrue. So don't pay extra when you can upgrade ANY weapon...
